Russell Echlov

Russell has over 25 years of investment experience in global financial services and fintech across public and private equity and the capital structure. He was a portfolio manager at RMB Mendon and a senior analyst at FrontPoint Stadia, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley, both focused on the financial services sector. He also has significant board experience. Russell graduated from Dartmouth College in 1997.

Joel Montgomery

Joel has over 25 years of investment experience across hedge funds and private equity. He invested in financial services at Citadel, Cobalt Capital, and Endurance Capital, and began his career in Goldman Sachs' High Tech investment banking group. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Dartmouth, and an MBA from Wharton.

Walter Clark

Walter has over 30 years of experience in financial services in both leadership and investment roles. He was Chief Operating Officer at RMB Capital, where he built the firm's alternative investment platform in partnership with Mendon Capital. He has also held roles at HPO Partners, Perot Investments, and Crédit Agricole. Walter graduated from Washington University in St. Louis.
